Customer has to pay 20% of the quotation amount for the confirmation of booking. If the customer wants to cancel his booking he/she has to inform the service manager or shall contact to office. In this case, if the cancelation is done before 48 hours of the relocation date then the full amount will be refunded. If the booking is canceled before 24 hours of the relocation date the booking amount will not be refunded. One should have a genuine and valid reason for cancellation.
