1) Carton Boxes – Our company uses standard paper and chemicals to produce strong, thick, and hard high-quality carton boxes.

Usage :- Carton boxes are used to pack the goods. Separate carton boxes are used for separate items. They are specially designed for packaging, providing protection, and transportation of goods.

Following tests are done to ensure the quality of carton boxes:

3) Thermocol – Top-quality thermocol is used to deliver the optimal performance and toughness i.e, thermocol sheets, thermocol boxes, thermocol products, and thermocol blocks.

4) Tapes – We use strong and durable quality tapes which are made for packaging protection i.e, carton sealing tapes, brown tapes, and printed tapes.

Usage:- These are applied to seal the openings to the packaging box, it restraints the goods from falling out of the box.

Following tests are done to ensure the quality of tape:-
a) Break or tear resistance test
b) Required thickness for packaging
c) Required length and width of the tape.

5) Bubble Wrap – We prefer using prime quality bubble wrap,bubble bags,bubble pouches,which are thick and not easily pressable when pressed.These are wrapped to provide protection especially to the items which are breakable,tearable, and scratchable.

Following tests are done to ensure the quality of bubble wrap:-
a) Durability test
b) Tear resistance test

6) Shrink Wrap – Shrink wrap is a clear plastic that is designed for packaging items. It helps in the conventional packaging of items.

Usage :- The purpose of using shrink wrap is to protect the item when exposed to sunlight, It shrinks automatically on heat treatment application. It is used for the airtight packaging of items.

Following tests are done to ensure the quality of shrink wrap:
a) Strength and Material quality test
) Required length and breadth
c) Crystal clearance of the plastic
d) Shrinkage capacity

7) Plastic covering sheets – They are basically a thin film of clear or black plastic, used for formal packaging of items. Plastic covering sheets are waterproof and are resistant to many chemicals, which results in supreme packaging of goods.

Usage:- We use high standard plastic covering sheets, for the versatile shaping of items. It does not permit moisture or water to enter inside the goods.

Following tests are done to ensure the quality of plastic covering sheets:
a) Durability test
b) Waterproof testing
c) Chemical resistance test

8) Foam Sheets – We provide foam sheets that are light-weighted, they are semi-rigid and closed-cell foam. They are ideally designed for packaging items.

Usage:- They are ideally used for shock absorption, damping of vibration, and surface protection.

Following tests are done to ensure the quality of foam sheets:
a) Rigidity test
b) Durability and Strength test

9) Brown Packing or Kraft Paper – This paper is formulated from chemical pulp which is produced in the kraft process. Brown or Kraft paper is 100% degradable or compostable.

Usage:- Brown or kraft paper is technically designed to create an impression of neat and clean packaging. It has also proven to prevent any damage or breakage to the items, even after being heavily pressured. Its durable quality keeps the goods unaffected.

10) Corrugated sheets – Corrugated sheets are cardboard-like structures made with good quality paper. They are structured as semi-rigid and are quite thick.

Usage:- They provide cushion-like protection to the goods for their thick facility. It’s designed specially to protect goods from impact and scratch. It is tear-resistant and is given a superior finish, which makes it ideal for enclosed and secured packaging.

Following tests are done to ensure the quality of corrugated sheets:

11) Plastic packing film – Plastic packing films are nothing, but good quality plastic used for the packaging of items. They do not easily degrade in adverse climatic conditions.

Usage-Plastic packaging is done to protect the goods from too much moisture, and also does not permit oxygen, dust, light, or odor.
